Overview

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of technical candidates which includes sourcing, recruiting, screening and qualifying candidates to ensure they have the necessary skills, experience and education for open positions.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, technical platforms and communities, job fairs and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in order to evaluate technical skills, experience and fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, updates
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers for submitted candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback.
  • Handle salary negotiations and present offers.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates by maintaining relationships with potential hires.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, associate’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for technical roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working for a government contractor.
  • Experience supporting federal proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in close collaboration with HR and Recruiting teams.

Pay Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
