Responsibilities

  • Manages Unclassified and Classified administrative communications and informational site content and materials utilizing Microsoft Suite tools, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Stream for coordination and collaboration of NEA-SCA/EX RIMO projects.
  • Liaises with other internal and external IT entities and constituencies in the resolution of a variety of day-to-day and long-term matters concerning Information Resource Management (IRM).
  • Assists in problem solving, staff development and execution of stated program goals and objectives.
  • Draft Bi-weekly newsletters for bureau IT personnel consumption.
  • Recommends procedures in the organization to establish improved communications advancing personnel/manpower operations; research technical information; complies contract work statistics; prepares reports and replies to IRM inquiries and independently identifies project conflicts to the RIMO.
  • Assists in improving customer service relations through approved software/applications both on-prem or cloud based with constituent post personnel. Some of these applications can include ServiceNow, SalesForce, and other new technologies as they arise.
  • Prepares and/or oversees the preparation of charts, graphs and analysis for bureau IT projects and operations.
  • Provides temporary Cleared American Information Management (IM) support to overseas posts as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and possess or obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance
  • Familiarity of Department of State management organization and operations.
  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • Has experience as supporting management as a supporting staff member on a team.
  • Experience working under pressure and adhering to short deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers and general administrative practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint preferred.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to prepare professional emails quickly.

Pay Range

USD $136,000.00 - USD $137,000.00 /Yr.
