Overview

The Contractor must develop and implement feature level enhancements to the CODIS classic baseline planned for future major release versions.

 

** This position is contingent upon contract award**

 

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a recognized technical expert in software development.
  • Functions as the highest-level individual contributor in at least one technical area.
  • Utilizes expertise in business management practices, industry requirements and information technology disciplines to develop technical and/or business solutions to client problems.
  • Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to a specific skill set.
  • Typically has specialization in a particular technology or business application.
  • Keeps abreast of technological developments and industry trends.
  • The Contractor shall support collaborative system delivery through configuration management, automated building, automated testing, automated deployment, and automated monitoring and notification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
  • Must have and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Must have experience with Agile project management software such as Jira and Confluence to enable teams to dynamically plan, track, document, and manage workflows and system reference material.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming using Microsoft Visual Studio and the .Net Framework.
  • Experience with C#, VB.Net, and C++ programming languages including the use of Windows Communications Foundation (WCF), the Entity Framework, XML\XSD, and REST API.
  • Experience with third party software components such as DevExpress, Northwoods GoDiagram.
  • Experience with TeamCity and Octopus to automate the deployment of new software builds.
  • Experience with Artifactory.
  • Experience with InstallShield to package and deploy Windows desktop applica􀆟ons.
  • Experience with PowerShell.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022.
  • Experience with software unit testing tools such as NUnit.
  • Experience with automated software integration testing tools such as SpecFlow or Reqnroll.
  • Experience with automated software user interface testing tools such as SmartBear TestComplete.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage user stories and system capabilities.
  • Experience with secure communications using X509 certificates
  • Experience with implementing STIGS.
  • Experience with security scanning tools such as Fortify and AppDetective.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
