Responsibilities
- Evaluate lending opportunities focusing on the borrower’s cash flow, basic collateral, and repayment history, with moderate reliance on covenants and loan structuring.
- Conduct and assess Credit Assessments for lightly structured loan products, balancing standardized processes with borrower-specific considerations.
- Analyze and underwrite new and existing lightly structured loans, applying financial analysis and basic scenario modeling to support approval decisions.
- Support the lending team by assisting with credit documentation and structuring for lightly structured loans, emphasizing efficiency, clarity in terms, and straightforward risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in Commercial Lending and Credit Analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in risk assessment and credit analysis for large-scale industrial loans.
- Proficiency in financial statement spreading, preparation of projections, and trailing twelve-month analysis.
- Completion of a credit training program.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (2016 or later).
- Ability to travel to Crystal City, Virginia, and other U.S. locations as needed.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement within five business days of award or onboarding.
- Ability to work in a high-paced team environment, multitasking effectively.
- Strong financial modeling skills, ability to structure, perform due diligence, document, and close complex transactions.
Pay Range
USD $150,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.
