The Workforce Analyst will support the HHS OIG OCIO Organizational Redesign initiative by providing analytical and technical leadership across workforce planning, operational analysis, and performance measurement efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior consultants, modernization champions, and client stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables that guide leadership decision-making and enable a streamlined, data-informed IT service delivery model.
Analyze workforce trends and benchmarks from peer federal agencies to inform redesign recommendations.
Assist in mapping functional responsibilities and workforce capacity to organizational goals and performance metrics.
Contribute to the development of implementation plans, including sequencing of workforce changes, transition timelines, and training needs.
