Overview

The Workforce Analyst will support the HHS OIG OCIO Organizational Redesign initiative by providing analytical and technical leadership across workforce planning, operational analysis, and performance measurement efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior consultants, modernization champions, and client stakeholders to produce high-quality deliverables that guide leadership decision-making and enable a streamlined, data-informed IT service delivery model.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a combination of administrative, management and technical leadership to complete contracts or tasks that contributes to effective cost, schedule, and overall performance.
  • Demonstrates knowledge in program/project lifecycles where demonstrated analytical skills with specialized qualifications are necessary.
  • Support the development of current state assessments by identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and skill gaps within the OCIO.
  • Analyze workforce trends and benchmarks from peer federal agencies to inform redesign recommendations.

  • Assist in mapping functional responsibilities and workforce capacity to organizational goals and performance metrics.

  • Contribute to the development of implementation plans, including sequencing of workforce changes, transition timelines, and training needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum Required Relevant Experience: 8 years of direct related experience
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance
  • Expertise required in one or more but not limited to the following areas: Strategic Planning, Computer Systems, Cost Estimating, Functional Analysis, Operations Research, Program or Project Analysis, Research Science, Systems Simulation, Information Technology

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
