Responsibilities

This position requires employees to be located in the Detroit, MI area in order to report to work on-site.

  • Evaluate and analyze statistics and trends
  • Uses various query software tools to produce finished reports, statistics, and/or graphic information reflective of the subject matter
  • Analyze and evaluate data extracted for the purposes of quality assurance, quality control, and data integrity
  • Prepare procedures manuals, user guides, and technical documentation, to include but not limited to, report development documentation
  • Prepare written analyses and recommendations
  • Develop new reporting tools, views, and interfaces
  • Train users in new applications, reporting tools or system features
  • Maintain daily work reports

Qualifications

  • Must be located in the Detroit, MI area and able to report on site 50% of the time.
  • Secret Security Clearance preferred (Must be able to obtain a US Government Clearance)
  • 4 plus years in a technical field
  • BA/BS required
  • BS in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Must have experience with Power BI
  • Have experience advising senior DoD decision makers on methodologies, results, and conclusions from applied operations research. The primary tools used for research services include, but are not limited to, Logistics Management Program, Vantage, Virtual Contracting Enterprise, General
  • Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), SAP Business Objects/Web Intelligence Reports, Microsoft SharePoint, Army-specific contract writing systems (Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2) and Procurement Automated Data and Document System (PADDS)), and various Government and Commercial business process automation systems.
  • Personnel should have strong data manipulation and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong technical skills in areas such as statistics, programming languages like R or Python, SQL (Structured Query Language), data visualization, and data cleaning and preparation
  • Have good communication skills and problem-solving ability .

Pay Range

USD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
