Overview

The Office Manager will sit in our Reston, VA office and manage the day-to-day operations of an office and also support leaders with administrative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal needs for meetings, presentations, coordination of schedules, and various scheduling and budget related requests
  • Responsible for office administration tasks as assigned
  • Work with team to ensure resource availability and allocation related to internal projects, marketing events, etc.
  • Assist with working on operational tracking and information support needs
  • Ensure all building systems are operational and are maintained in accordance with company policies, environmental regulations, building codes, and local/national regulations
  • Coordinate and respond to building occupant maintenance/repair requests
  • Build, coordinate, and manage vendor relationships
  • Assist with employee office onboarding and equipment/office access
  • Serve as front-office reception and guest support, office supplies and equipment maintenance, plant maintenance, landlord relations and management of building access passes, safety, and security support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of Office Management experience
  • Must be able to work predominantly in person at the Reston, VA office at least 4 days a week
  • Exceptional experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Candidate should maintain a polished and professional appearance suitable for a corporate environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work independently with little direct supervision
  • Working knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
